Turbocad License Agreement

12.2 Products that are licensed to you or sold under these conditions may be subject to export control laws and regulations within the territory or in any other jurisdiction in which you accept or use them. They are responsible for complying with these laws and will do nothing to violate them. In 1990, IMSI released its first own version of TurboCAD, version 2 for DOS. IMSI had authorized the source code by the original developers, Pink Software, and programmer Kurt Diesch set up error correction and output additionSouteneur, as well as increasing functionality to compete with other under 500 CAD programs on the market at that time – GoP Generic, Drafix and CAD 2D design. Later, Kurt carried the original Turbo Pascal code to the later object-oriented version, which eventually turned into Borland Delphi. This was a significant improvement to the DOS user interface. The use of TurboCAD`s website is not permitted in a jurisdiction that does not enforce all the provisions of these Terms of Use, including and without limitation of this paragraph. You are in the absence of a joint venture, partnership, employment or agency relationship between you and IMSI Design under this agreement or the use of The TurboCAD website. Compliance with this agreement by IMSI Design is subject to applicable laws and legal procedures, and no provision contained in this agreement may comply with IMSI Design law, administrative, judicial and repressive requirements or requirements relating to your use of the IMSI Design website or information provided or collected by IMSI Design regarding this use. If part of this agreement is invalidated or unenforceable under existing legislation, including, but not limited to the warranty exclusions and limitations of liability mentioned above, the invalid or unenforceable provision is replaced by a valid and enforceable provision, which is most consistent with the purpose of the original provision, and the rest of the agreement remains in force. Unless otherwise stated, this agreement represents the entire agreement between the user and IMSI Design with respect to the IMSI Design website and replaces all prior or simultaneous notifications and suggestions, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and IMSI Design with respect to the TurboCAD website. A printed version of this agreement and any electronic notification is permitted in the context of a judicial or administrative proceeding based on or relating to this agreement, as long as it is subject to the same conditions as other commercial documents and records originally established and kept on paper.

The parties expressly wish that this agreement and all related documents be written in English. A software license is required per user. You can install and use the software on a computer.
