Please apply directly on the employer`s website here. . monitors and supervises, under general direction, the project employment contract (PLA) for the Agency; provides advice, moderators, training and mediation as a representative of the Agency to the relevant PLA partners; ensures that all work covered by the Pla is ad hoc and budgeted; develops programs and protocols to ensure the full implementation of PLA; provides information and/or responds to requests relating to pla; controls wage and hourly rules, dominant salary information, general labour relations policy and processes, the interpretation of employment contracts and compliance with A.A. contracts.

Education and experience: Bachelor`s degree in public administration, business management, political science, management or closely related fields and five years of professional experience (directly related to the mission), which includes responsibility for dealing with trade unions/industrial relations, contracts and compliance; OR an equivalent combination of training and experience.
