This Use Of The Software Is Subject To The End User License Agreement (Eula)

12.1. Survival. Sections 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 survive the termination or expiration of this ITA. In accordance with the terms of the Software End User License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the „Agreement“), concluded by and between ESET, spol. s r. o., with registered office at Einsteinova 24, 851 01 Bratislava, The Slovak Republic, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court of Bratislava I, Section Sro, entry number 3586/B, business registration number: 31 333 535 (hereinafter „ESET“ or „supplier“) and you, a natural or legal person (hereinafter referred to as „you“ or „end user“), you have the right to use the software defined in Article 1 of this Agreement. The software defined in Article 1 of this Agreement may be stored on a medium, sent by e-mail, downloaded from the Internet, downloaded by the Provider`s servers or purchased from other sources, subject to the conditions set out below. 12.8. Exports. You expressly agree that all disputes or claims arising out of this Agreement against the Provider, or any dispute or claim related to the use of the Software, shall be settled by the District Court of Bratislava I, and you expressly agree that the jurisdiction in question shall exercise jurisdiction.
